Granting Access to Group
You can either grant or change access to a group or user (made available for sharing by the user) via the Collaboration Group page.
To grant access to a group:
- From the tab, select . The Collaboration Group page appears.
- Click the hyperlink under the group you wish to grant access to. The Collaboration Group and Access page appears.
- There are two views available:
- This group's folders that are available for sharing
- Other folders accessible to this group
- Click the hyperlink under the group folder you wish to share. The Folder Properties page appears.
- In the list, click the button. The dialog page appears.
Notice that the check boxes corresponding to users and groups with existing access (if any) are grayed out.
- From the check boxes, you can select all, or select individual users and groups.
- From the list box, select one of the following access levels you wish to assign to those users/groups.
- read
- read, create
- read, create, edit
- read, create, edit, delete
- Click . The selected users and groups are displayed on the Folder Properties page.
If you are satisfied with the users and groups, click . An "Update Successful" message and the time of the update appear.
