Access new packages

The Packages button on the Menu screen displays the count of newly received packages that you have not accessed. If you have access to another user's mailbox, the new packages in that mailbox are included in the new packages count.

• To view new packages:
  1. Tap Packages.
  2. Tap View new packages.

     Your New Packages displays firs, followed by any New Packages in mailboxes that are shared with you.

  3. On the New packages screen, tap a package in the list.
  4. In the package, tap an attachment in the Files list to open it in an appropriate app. See Open files.
  5. In the package, optionally tap Reply, Reply All, or Forward (to send a reply to the sender or to all, or to forward to another person).
  6. Optionally tap Delete. Deleted packages are moved to the Trash mailbox.
  7. Tap the arrow button to go back to the New packages screen.
