You can access and use the mailboxes that are used for package transfer. The mailboxes reside on the MOVEit server.

Mailboxes typically include: Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Templates, and Trash. Custom mailboxes are also possible.

You will see all mailboxes for which you have been granted shared access.

• To start using mailboxes:
  1. Tap Packages.
  2. Tap Mailboxes.

     Your mailbox displays first, followed by any mailboxes shared with you.

  3. Tap a particular mailbox, such as Inbox or Sent.

Deleting packages

You can delete packages from a mailbox's list of packages.

• To delete packages from a mailbox (moving them to Trash):
  1. Tap Edit.

     Checkboxes appear to the left of packages.

  2. Tap the checkbox to select a package to delete.
  3. Optionally select additional packages. The Delete button at the bottom of the list shows the number of packages selected.
  4. Tap Delete to delete the packages.
  5. Tap Delete to confirm. (Tap Cancel in the dialog to cancel delete.)

     (Tap Cancel to exit the Edit mode in the mailbox screen without deleting.)

Note: You can also open a package in your Inbox, Sent, and Templates, and delete it from there.

Deleted packages go to Trash. You can delete individual packages there, or empty the entire Trash.

Permanent delete is available only from in the Trash mailbox.

Note: You cannot empty another user's Trash.

Note: The Delete function in Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Templates is equivalent to the "Trash" action in the desktop web interface. It only moves the package into the Trash mailbox. (In this respect, the function of the Drafts and Templates mailboxes are different from the desktop web interface.)

Reply to, forward a package

You can access any package sent to you by going to your Inbox.

You can open a package, access any attached files, and reply to, forward, or delete the package. (You do the same with sent packages that you access from the Sent box.)

• To access any received package:
  1. Tap Packages.
  2. Tap Mailboxes.
  3. Tap your Inbox.
  4. Tap the package to open it. (The package screen displays the package's subject as the screen name.)
  5. Tap a file in a package to open it.

• To reply or forward:
  1. In the package screen, tap Reply, Reply All, or Forward.
  2. Complete and send the package.

Note: When replying to or forwarding a package in a shared mailbox, the From: field always shows the owner of the shared mailbox.

Recall package, view details

You can recall a package that you sent by going to your Sent mailbox. (Packages can be recalled as long as they have not been viewed by all recipients.)

You can also view the "send receipt" with logged details about the sending of the package. If applicable, the details will include the passwords that were automatically generated for unregistered recipients.

(You can also reply, forward, or delete packages that you access in your Sent mailbox.)

• To access a sent package to recall or track:
  1. Tap Packages.
  2. Tap Mailboxes.
  3. Tap your Sent mailbox.
  4. Tap the sent package. (The package screen displays the package's subject as the screen name.)

     In the package screen, there is a Recall link and a View send receipt link.

• To recall a sent package:
  1. Tap Recall. Tap OK in the Confirm dialog. Tap OK in the Success dialog.
  2. Tap Sent to leave the sent Package screen.

     The recalled package is still listed in the Sent mailbox, but it is listed with "Recalled:" in front of it.

• To view logged details on the sending of the package:
  1. Tap View send receipt.
  2. Tap the arrow button to go back to the sent package.

Open draft to send

You can access a draft package that you saved in your Drafts mailbox or in a shared mailbox, to complete and send it. (Similarly, you can access an existing template in your Templates mailbox, to complete and send.)

Note: Only drafts created by the signed-in user display.

• To access a draft package to finish and send:
  1. Tap Packages.
  2. Tap Mailboxes.
  3. Tap your Drafts mailbox.
  4. Tap the saved draft package; it is named by the package's subject.

     The package is opened in the New screen.

  5. Complete and send the package.

Empty trash

You can delete packages from a mailbox's list of packages. You can also open a package in your Inbox, Sent, and Templates, and delete it from there.

Deleted packages go into the Trash, where you can permanently delete them.

Note: You may delete individual packages in another user's mailbox (if configured), but y cannot empty another user's Trash.

You can delete individual packages there, or empty the entire Trash.

• To permanently delete individual packages from the trash:
  1. In the Trash screen's list of packages, tap Edit.

• To empty the trash, permanently deleting all the packages there:
  1. In the Trash screen, tap Empty.
  2. Tap Delete to confirm. (Tap Cancel in the dialog to cancel empty trash.)
