New Features for Version 10
- Ipswitch has designed its own tool to protect licensing and to secure delivery for all Messaging software. It will require a new method of activation of all users, whether upgrading from an older version or installing new.
Ipswitch's new DRM will replace HASP from Aladdin Knowledge Systems, Inc. from IMail Server V10 forward.

- A new client was created to allow users with low-bandwidth (dial-up) capability for quicker access to their mailbox. Users can access this new client through the same standard web messaging login screen, by checking the new option . This new client does not have all the features of the standard web client, so as to keep the bandwidth as light as possible. Some features that cannot be accessed are Rules, Contact Groups, Search and Auto Suggest. See your under for more details.

- All new users by default will have the display checkbox preference turned on.
- For existing users who have an existing preferences.config (saved users preferences) file, the checkbox option will be turned off.
- For existing users that have never saved their preferences, they will be treated as a new user with the checkbox option turned on.
