Using the Calendar

The Calendar directory appears in the folder tree, along with the Address Books (Contacts), Rules and Preferences directories. The Calendar icon is displayed only if the Administrator has enabled the Web Calendaring service.

Click the Calendar icon to access the Web Calendar. Within the Calendar you can manage appointments, multiple calendars, and viewing preferences.

Viewing Today's Appointments

Click the current date in the mini-calendar, at the top left of the window, or click on the Today button in the toolbar. This will change the view to Daily view with the current date selected.

Adding a new calendar folder

To create additional calendar folders, click the Add a New Calendar icon, or right click on an existing calendar folder and select Add.

A pop-up is displayed allowing input to name the new calendar and also where the calendar should be created.
