Public Contact Address Book

If you used public contacts in a previous version of Ipswitch Web Messaging, the public contacts are created in the Public Contacts folder. Ipswitch Web Messaging public contacts are read from the data in the config_CommonAddrBook.cgi file. The new data displays in the Web Messaging Public Contacts folder.

Note: Public contacts from a previous version of Ipswitch Web Messaging are read only. Users with system administrator rights can update the config_CommonAddrBook.cgi file located in the top level directory or the Web directory of each mail domain on IMail Server.
