Using myIpswitch for product account information

If you need additional licensing and support information go to the myipswitch.com web portal. The web portal provides enhanced web-based capabilities to view and manage Ipswitch product licenses. The myIpswitch web portal helps you:

• View and manage your software licenses
• Update contact information
• Download software
• View service agreement and upgrade options

To log into your myipswitch account:

1. Go to the MyIpswitch.com customer portal.
2. If you do not have an account, click Sign up now and create a new account.

   - or -

   If you have an account, enter your email address and password to access your MyIpswitch account.

3. Select the option to view and manage your licenses and services previously registered at Ipswitch. A list of your product licenses displays.
4. Review the license information to determine if your license supports the number of devices you are monitoring with WhatsUp Gold.
