Finding Orphan Mail Accounts

How to get here

Use this page to find and delete any mail account that has a directory in the IMail Users directory whose user has been deleted from the user list.

• Domain Name (OHN). Displays the official host name (OHN) of the user's domain.
• User Directory. Displays the directory in which the mail accounts reside.
• Orphan mail accounts on the domain.
  • Username. This column lists orphaned mail accounts. The column is populated automatically when you navigate to this page.
• Delete. Select the check box next to the account(s) you want to delete and click this button.
• Import. Click this button to import orphaned accounts from an NT database.
