Editing and Deleting from the SMTP White List

How to get here

Clicking on an IP address will highlight and allow modification to Edit or Delete. Use this pop-up to modify IP or Net Mask data.

• Single Computer. This option will be automatically selected if you want to edit a single computer on the white list.
• Group of Computers. Select this option will be automatically selected if you want to edit a range of IP addresses on the white list.
• IP Address. Use this text box to make changes to the IP address that appears automatically in the Subnet Mask text box.
• Subnet Mask. Use this text box to make changes to the range of IP addresses that appear automatically in the IP Address text box.

Important: You must restart the SMTP service for the changes to take effect. To do this, click the Services > SMTP Tab to navigate to the SMTP Settings page. Click the Restart button.

• Save. Click Save after you have made your changes. Then restart the SMTP service as mentioned above.
• Cancel. Click Cancel to not save any changes. The White List settings will remain the same.
