Log Manager

The Log Manager page shows the log files in the IMail spool directory. Log files are named with the format logMMDD.txt where MM is the month and DD is the date.

Log Files. This column displays the log files in the IMail spool directory. Click or to sort the list. To view a log file, select the hyperlink under the file. A new browser window appears containing the log file. To delete a log file, select the check box corresponding to a Log file in the list to the right. Then click the Delete button.
Size. This column displays the size of each log file. You can click or to sort the list.
Date Created. This column displays the date and time the log file was created. You can click or to sort the list.
Download. Click the hyperlink corresponding to the file you want to download.

Important: We strongly recommend using the Download link to view log files over 2 MB in size.

A File Download dialog box appears. Choose one of the following options:

Open. The Log file opens in a new browser window.
Save. The Log file is saved as an .html file to your local drive.
Cancel. The File Download dialog closes and you return to the Log Manager page.

Delete. Click this button after selecting the log file or files you want to delete.
