Adding a Contact

To add a new contact:

  1. Click on "Address Books" from the folder tree on the left.
  2. Click on "Contacts" to display your personal contacts.
  3. Click "New Contact". The Add New Contact page opens.

Enter the contact information, then click "Save and Close".

Click Cancel to cancel the new contact entry.

Tip: You can also add a new contact or multiple contacts by selecting the Save Recipients as Contacts option in Preferences, and then entering them as recipients in a new message.

Tip: Another way to add a new contact is via the Add to Contacts link in the From area of a displayed message. Click the link to add the sender to your contact list.
