Ipswitch Analytics Agents may collect data from multiple servers that are located in various geographic locations. When the Ipswitch Analytics Server receives a data record from an Agent, the Server converts the timestamp of that record to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), regardless of the configured application time zone. The data is reported using the configured application time zone at report execution time.
NOTE: Reports and schedules use the time zone that was in effect at the time of their creation. Changes that are applied to the system time zone are not applied to existing reports and schedules.
