Contact Progress

The Progress Community provides support for all Progress licensed products according to the terms of your Progress Support Agreement. These support services are provided to direct customers and resellers, while indirect customers are serviced by their respective resellers. Support for customizations to Progress software is the responsibility of the customer or their reseller's Integration Services group. For more information on support for customized software please contact your reseller's Integration Services manager.
