Create a task

- Click TASKS.
- Click Add Task. Provide a friendly name and select the task type. Click Add Task.

Add a resource to a resource group
|
- From the top menu, select RESOURCES > Groups and Permissions.
- Click the Resource Group more options icon and select .
- In the Members section, select the tab for the member type and click +Add member type.
- The Browse member type dialog box opens. Make selections. Click OK.

Add multiple tasks to a resource group
|
- Click TASKS. Use filters to limit the tasks in the list.
- Click Bulk Actions > Add to resource group.
- Select the resource group and click OK.
- In the Members section, delete or promote members as needed.

Enable or disable a task
|
A disabled task cannot be run by the scheduler, even if the task has a schedule.
- Click TASKS. Click the task name.
- Click the Enable Task button to toggle ON (Enabled) or OFF (Disabled)

- Select Actions > Clone. The clone is named "OriginalTaskName Clone".
