The Manage Lockouts functionality allows MOVEit Automation administrators to manually unlock locked out IP addresses and users.
To access these settings: Select SYSTEM > Manage Lockouts.
Locked out IP addresses
The locked out IP addresses and lockout date and time are listed here. The columns headers are sortable. By default the list is sorted by Lockout Date.
Unlock IP addresses
To unlock IP addresses, select one of the following options:
Individual IP addresses
To unlock individual IP addresses, click the unlock icon of each IP address.
One or more IP addresses
To unlock one or more IP addresses, select the check box of the IP address that you want to unlock.
Click the Unlock Selected Addresses button .
All IP addresses
To unlock all IP addresses select the check box in the column header.
Click the Unlock Selected Addresses button .
Locked out users
The locked out username, full name, and lockout date and time are listed here. The columns headers are sortable. By default the list is sorted by Lockout Date.
Unlock users
To unlock users, select one of the following options:
Individual user
To unlock individual users, click the unlock icon of each user.
One or more users
To unlock one or more users, select the check box of the user that you want to unlock.
Click the Unlock Selected Users button .
All users
To unlock all users select the check box in the column header.
