Select Settings > Certs/Keys. The Manage PGP Keys dialog box opens. Select the key, click Export, and make your selections:
Export Private Key - If the key is a secret key (keypair), you can exporting the secret component and the public component.
Select this option only if you are saving the key for your own purposes. Do not give the secret key to others. If you choose to export a private key, MOVEit Central Admin reminds you of the passphrase. You require this passphrase to use the key for signing or decryption purposes on the system to which the private key is being exported.
Export to File - Specifies the filename on the MOVEit Central Admin computer to which to write the exported key. The file will be ASCII Armored (ASCII- to-text encoded).
Also email copy to - If you have at least one SMTP host defined, you can have MOVEit Central email the key as an attachment. Enter the recipient's email address. For security reasons, this option is available only for public keys.
using SMTP Host - Choose one of the SMTP hosts (that you have previously configured in the Hosts tab). Your selecton determines both the email server used, and the "From:" address in the message.
