Remote MOVEit Automation Admin users should expect to upgrade MOVEit Automation Admin each time MOVEit Automation is upgraded; the only way to take advantage of new features in MOVEit Automation is to configure them with a matching MOVEit Automation Admin. In fact, recent versions of MOVEit Automation Admin will only work with a particular range of MOVEit Automation versions.
There are no special considerations when upgrading an existing MOVEit Automation Admin. Almost all of the configuration information (except for its recent host list) is obtained from MOVEit Automation after connecting.
