Resetting/Unlocking Members

To unlock or reset passwords of users originally created through MOVEit Automation:

1. Select the user.
2. Click either the Reset or Unlock button.

   If a user needs to be unlocked, clicking the Reset button to change the user's password will also provide an option to unlock the account.

3. Enter a new password two times to confirm. Make sure the Unlock User Account checkbox is selected. Click OK.
