Access folders

You can access and use the folders that are used for file transfer. The folders reside on MOVEit (on the server or in the cloud).

You can add files or images from this device. You can also take a photo while uploading files.

• To use Folders:
  1. Tap Files.
  2. Tap Folders.
  3. Navigate to a MOVEit folder.
  4. To open a file, tap a file in the list. See Open files.

Note: If a file was uploaded with integrity checking, a checkmark icon is displayed with the file.

Deleting files

• To delete files:
  1. Tap Edit.

     Checkboxes appear to the left of files.

  2. Tap the checkbox to select a file to delete.
  3. Optionally select additional files. You can navigate to other folders. The Delete button at the bottom of the list shows the number of files selected.
  4. Tap Delete to delete the files
  5. Tap OK to confirm. (Tap Cancel in the dialog to cancel delete.)

     (Tap Cancel in the Folders screen to exit the Edit mode without deleting.)

Sending files in a package

When navigating folders, you can select files to send (if you have Ad Hoc Transfer). Tapping the folder's Edit button offers the option to Send the files from the MOVEit server in a package. Selection works the same as for delete.

• To send the files you have selected:
  1. Tap Send to add the files to a package to send.

     The New screen opens, where the files have been added to Files:.

  2. Complete and send the package.
