Access new packages

The Packages button on the Menu screen displays the count of newly received packages that you have not accessed.

• To view new packages and attached files:
  1. Tap Packages.
  2. Tap View new packages.
  3. On the New packages screen, tap a package in the list.
  4. In the package, tap an attachment in the Attachments list to open it in your browser, if you can.

     If it is possible to open the file in the web browser, it opens in a new tab. For file types that the browser itself cannot open, a dialog opens in a new tab to let you select an app to open any files. On Android, the file downloads.

     When done with the attachment, return to the MOVEit tab in the browser.

  5. In the package, optionally tap Reply, Reply All, or Forward (to send a reply to the sender or to all, or to forward to another person).
  6. Optionally tap Delete. Deleted packages are moved to the Trash mailbox.
  7. Tap the arrow button to go back to the New packages screen.
