View Package History

To view the package history of a package that you sent, including each time the package was viewed and attachments were downloaded:

1. In the left navigation menu, click Packages.
2. Go to your Sent mailbox.
3. Locate the package and open it.
4. At the bottom of the package page, click View Package History. A list of events related to the package display, including the original package posting event, any notifications that were sent out, and any views of the package or any of its attachments.

   

   The Package History page will be available to all recipients of the package. However, only the sender will be able to see all the events. Recipients will only see the events that pertain to them, though all recipients will see the initial package posting event.
