This is the MOVEit Transfer guide for administrators. It contains a comprehensive set of information for organization administrators and system administrators as well as users.
The guide that users receive after sign on depends on user type:
User Guide – for registered users (covers File Transfer and Ad Hoc Transfer). The other user guides have a subset of the information in this guide, and may also contain information specific to the user type.
Temporary User Guide – for unregistered users (covers Ad Hoc Transfer only)
Guest User Guide – for unregistered users (covers limited Ad Hoc Transfer features)
Administrator Guide – for org admins and system admins (complete configuration, technical, and user information)
Note: Unregistered users sign on as either temporary users whose accounts expire, or guest users (also known as "package password" users) who are given access to a particular package only, not to mailboxes.
