Server Update |
In MOVEit Transfer 2017, extensive changes were made in the database to support Unicode. The maximum sizes of some database fields were reduced. Before you update to MOVEit Transfer 2017, you must run the utility MIDMZCheckDatabase_9000.exe to see if your database is affected. The utility is included in the download of the installer. This utility scans the database and reports issues.
You must correct the field size issues before proceeding with the update. For more information, see the KB article Important Changes to MOVEit Transfer 2017 (DMZ) Database Field Sizes, Article ID: 000018731.
