Install

When install wizard completes, the install fails to automatically launch the MOVEit Transfer Web Application when your server's OS does not have a default browser already defined.

DEP-3860

Installer - Repair MySQL

After running the MOVEit Transfer installer in Repair mode you MySQL service fails to start.

This can happen when your MySQL executable has a path on disk that is different than the expected default.

To work around this, you need to change the basedir attribute value in the MySQL launch file (my.ini) to reflect the non-default directory where your mysqld.exe application actually resides.
