Notification Settings

Notification settings control user notification behavior for:

• New file notifications.
• File upload confirmation messages.

When you share a folder with another user (Secure Folder Sharing) MOVEit Transfer will send out an initial notification. This behavior occurs independent of the upload notification settings you assign to the folder.

• To change folder notification settings:

1. In the left pane, click FOLDERS.
2. From folders view, and click the gear icon () for the folder you want to see or edit notification settings for.

   

3. To change settings for a specific user:
   • Click the 'edit' icon ().
   • Clear or check Notify
   • Click Save.
