User Profile-General Information

A user's General settings include permissions, access rules, email address, format, notifications, and language.

Admins can change another user's settings.

General Information Section

  1. Click Change information.

    The Edit Information About This User page opens.

  2. Make changes, and at the bottom of the page, click Change User Information.

TIP Tip: To DISABLE notifications on your automated users, especially any FileAdmin users used by MOVEit Automation to connect to MOVEit Transfer, leave the Email Address field blank. A blank email address is treated as a disabled notification.
