This is the MOVEit Transfer guide for administrators. It contains a comprehensive set of information for organization administrators and system administrators as well as users.

User Guide – for regular users (covers File Transfer and Ad Hoc Transfer). The other user guides have a subset of the information in this guide, and may also contain information specific to the user type.
Temporary User Guide – for users with limited access, temporary accounts (File downloads and Ad Hoc Transfer). The Secure Folder Sharing feature set enables upload and collaboration actions for Temporary Users (if admins or authorized regular users extend their folder permissions).

Note: Unregistered users sign on as either temporary users whose accounts expire or guest users (also known as "package/password" users). (Package/password users can be given access to a particular package only, not to mailboxes.)
Support/Security Bulletins –support/security bulletins inform you about vulnerabilities and patches in our software and its platform dependencies. Bulletins include recommended patches and other related information. This information is archived on the support site. Log in to the site with your MOVEit support credentials.
