View Folders

• (Checkbox) Select a folder or file in preparation for an action in the Selected File/Folder Actions section.
• Name.
  • New files are bolded.
  • Integrity indicator () present for files whose integrity was verified.

    Note: If content scanning is enabled, files that pass the content scan (Anti-Virus and/or Data Loss Prevention scans) are marked with this icon . Files that fail the scan are marked with a warning icon .

• File ID: The unique ID of the file. (WebPost filelists will see this column in place of the Name column)
• Created: The date the folder was created or the file was uploaded
• Size/Contents: For folders, lists the number of subfolders and/or files in the folder. For files, lists the byte count of the file.
• Creator: The user who created the folder or uploaded the file
• Uploading IP/Agent: (WebPosts only) The IP address and agent (often a browser) used to upload this file
• Downloads () The number of times the file has been downloaded

  Note: Even though someone else has downloaded a certain file, it may still be "new" to you. This statistic is often used to quickly see what the most popular downloads in a given folder are.

• Integrity (): Indicates if file was uploaded with integrity checking.
