Javascript Wizard with Firefox

Large file uploads using the Javascript Wizard with Firefox can fail with an error, which is likely caused by application memory issues.

Workaround:

Use another browser such as Chrome or Edge for large file uploads using the Javascript Wizard.

Database (SQL Azure) Install Username

The MOVEit Transfer installer expects a SQL Azure sign-on (login user) to be associated with a SQL Azure DB user of the same name. (For example, the installer creates these both as part of a fresh install.) If you at a later time delete the login user associated with the DB user and then use the installer to install to an existing SQL Azure DB using that same user, the installation process will fail. It fails because the new login user will not be associated with the DB user of the same name.

Workaround:

If you delete a SQL Azure login user and you want to re-install using that user at a later time, any existing DB users that were associated with that login need to be removed before you run the install.

The MOVEit Neverfail plugin has not yet been updated for compatibility with MOVEit Transfer 2019.1.

Ipswitch Analytics (MOVEit Transfer MySQL Upgrade)

Cannot connect to Ipswitch Analytics agent after upgrade to MySQL 8.

Workaround:

To resolve this issue, contact Technical Support to receive a hotfix.
