Exempt Users from MFA

For cases where you require multi-factor authentication as policy to a user class, but you want to exempt individual users:

• Exempt the user. USERS > username > User Profile - User Settings - User Authentication - Multi-Factor Authentication - Exempt
• (Optional) include exempted users in their own user group for tracking.
