Cannot connect due to an authentication error

If the MOVEit Connector can reach the server, but cannot authenticate:

• Check the username/password (provided by your administrator) that you entered in the MOVEit Connector Configuration dialog.
• Check with your server administrator to see if your account or IP address has been disabled and if you have access to Ad Hoc Transfer.
• You may need to change your password if your account is active.
