Flow Monitor: Archive Database Size report
This dashboard report displays summary information about the Flow Monitor archive database.
- . The Flow Monitor database edition; can be Express, Standard, or Enterprise.
- . The amount of archive database space currently in use.
- . The maximum size of the archive database.
- . The amount of archive database space currently not in use.
: Graphs will only show for Microsoft SQL Server Express Editions, as other editions of Microsoft SQL Server have no size limitations. When the full Microsoft SQL Server database is used, N/A appears in this column because the dbase size is not limited.

Configuring this dashboard report
- In the title bar of the dashboard report pane, select . The Configure Report dialog appears.
- Enter or select the appropriate information:
- . Enter a title for the dashboard report. This name appears in the title bar of the dashboard report's pane.
- . Select Chart and data, Chart only or Data only.
- . Select the chart type you want to display.
: To prevent misrepresentation when the database is an edition of Microsoft SQL Server that does not have size limitations, the Flow and Flow Archive database reports will only display bar charts, regardless of which graph type is selected.
: When the database edition is Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Edition, WhatsUp Gold will display the selected chart type.
