Diagnostic Tool

This tool diagnoses WhatsUp Gold database problems by performing system and application checks with a diagnostic scan. After the scan is complete, a report is generated that indicates status and results of the scan.

To use the Diagnostic Tool:

1. To begin the scan, click the Diagnostic button. After the scan is complete, a report is generated that indicates status and result of the scan.
2. Review the report and note any problems, then click Close.
   • To print the report, click the printer icon in the upper right corner of the window.
