Using Saved Discovery Profiles

Select Discovery > Saved Scan Settings from the navigation menu to display a table of saved discovery profiles. Within the grid, select any device using the respective checkbox at left, then click either Run Now to immediately initiate the discovery scan.

In the Saved Discoveries interface, you can also click New to create a new discovery profile or select any profile within the grid, then click:

• Edit to modify the settings, credentials, and schedule options for the profile.
• Copy to create a new discovery profile using an existing profile from the grid as a template.
• Delete to remove a saved discovery profile from WhatsUp Gold.
• Set as Default to populate the discovery wizard with the selected profile's settings when initiating a discovery scan.
