Printing reports and logs

To print grid and chart data from the WhatsUp Gold dashboard:

1. Click Print on the Dashboard Menu in the upper right corner of the report page.
   The Print Report dialog displays with a PDF preview of the report, then the printer settings dialog displays.
2. Configure the following settings:
   • Destination. Click Change and select which printer/output location for the report.
   • Pages. Select the pages you want to print.
   • Layout. Select the orientation of the printout (Portrait or Landscape).
   • Margins. Select the margins of the printout (default, no margins, minimum margins, or custom margins).
   • Options. Select whether to include Headers and footers and/or Background colors and images in the printout.
3. Click Print or Save depending on whether you chose a network printer or to save the document as a PDF.
