Notification Policies

Create an alerting and notification schedule that aligns threshold events and notifications with levels of responsibility and site escalation policies.

• Apply and manage Notification Policies.
• Visualize escalation schedule.
• Example: CPU Utilization Escalation Policy.

Open Notification Policies Library from the WhatsUp Gold navigation menu:

1. Select Settings > Alerts and Actions and choose Alert Center.

   Alert Center Libraries view displays.

2. Click the Notification Policies panel, and either:
   • Click the "add" () symbol to Add a new notification configuration based on available notification types.
   • Select an existing notification configuration and click either Edit (), Delete (), or Copy ().
