Browse, Configure, and Enable Potential Flow Monitor Sources
You can use the Potential Flow Monitor Sources dialog () for the following:
- View WhatsUp Gold discovery results for a survey of routers that support NetFlow MIB objects.
- Identify devices that can be used for NetFlow export.
- Status for flow monitor sources already exporting.
- Configure flow monitor sources directly from WhatsUp Gold (click the button) for those sources that support remote configuration MIBs.
: When WhatsUp Gold has the necessary credentials to access target source devices using SNMP, the discovery process can determine if the device is NetFlow enabled, and if the NetFlow-specific MIB objects used to perform remote configuration of the device are also available from the WhatsUp Gold system.
