Device Info Report - System information
System Information displays a combination of basic device information from the various ICMP, SNMP, DNS, and NetBIOS protocols.
The page displays the following system information.
- . The main IP address used to discover the device.
- . The MAC address associated with the main IP address.
- . The DNS host name for the device.
- . The NetBIOS name of the machine (if supported).
- . The NetBIOS domain that the machine belongs to (if supported).
- . The SNMP MIB II System Name.
- . The SNMP MIB II System Location.
- . The SNMP MIB II System Description.
- . The SNMP MIB II System Object ID.
- . The SNMP MIB II System Contact
- . The SNMP MIB II System Up-Time (since last restart)
- . The device category that has been assigned to the system based on its functional characteristics.
- . Flag that indicates whether the device is performing a network device function. (i.e. Router, Switch, Hub, etc.)
- . Manufacturer of the device
- . Model number of the device.
- . If the device represents a virtual device, this field indicates the type of virtual device (VMware or VirtualPC).
