Admin tab

The Admin tab is where you go to perform all administrative tasks associated with WhatsUp Gold. The tab is broken down into 5 types of pages:

• The Home pages which take you to the WhatsUp Gold admin panel and the WhatsUp Gold admin console.
• The Libraries pages which take you to the Monitors, Actions, Action Policies, and Credentials Libraries. These libraries store all configured performance, active, and passive monitors, actions, action policies, and credentials you need to monitor your network using WhatsUp Gold. Go to these libraries to configure and manage your monitoring components and required credentials.
• The Scheduled pages which take you to the Recurring Actions and Scheduled Reports pages that run actions and send reports on the schedules you specify.
• The System Administration pages which you will use to run the operations associated with managing your instance of WhatsUp Gold.
• The Operations pages which you will use to configure email and user options, and dashboard views.
