Use the date/time picker at the top of the report to select the time period you want to view the data for. You can select a pre-configured time period from the Date Range list, or select Custom and enter the start and end time manually. If no data exists for that time period, the report shows the message: No data available for the selected date range.
You can use the Standard Business Hours feature to configure reports designed to gather and display data for business hours only. For more information, see Changing the report date range.

You can also use the report zoom tool to select a date and time for reports as you view them.
