Interface Details
Interface Details displays SNMP information reported by a single interface. To gather this data, you must have the SNMP credentials configured for the device.
Device Information
This information includes:
- Current state of the device.
 - Display name and device type (with links to the Device Status report).
 
Interface Information
Device metrics returned from SNMP includes:
- . Name and IP address of the interface. (Links to Interface Utilization report for this interface).
 - . Type code of the interface as defined in the MIB file for the interface.
 - . SNMP index of the interface.
 - . Usually the interface or port name on the device.
 
Polling Information
- . Current status of the device as reported through SNMP. (Status code hyperlinks to Router/Switch/Interface view of the Device Status report.)

 - 4 - unknown
 - 5 - dormant
 - 6 - notPresent
 - 7 - lowerLayerDown
 
 - . Date and time of the last successful poll.
 - . Time (in seconds) between the last two successful polls.
 
Received octets
- . Maximum bandwidth (in Mbps) that the interface allows for received octets.
 - . Bandwidth (in Kbps) used by the interface during the last polling period for received octets.
 - . Total number of octets received (in KB) during the last polling cycle.
 - . Percent of the total bandwidth used by the interface for received octets during the last polling cycle.
 
Transmitted octets
- . Maximum bandwidth (in Mbps) that the interface allows for transmitted octets.
 - . Bandwidth (in Kbps) used by the interface during the last polling period for transmitted octets.
 - . Total number of octets transmitted (in KB) during the last polling cycle.
 - . Percent of the total bandwidth used by the interface for transmitted octets during the last polling cycle.
