Ipswitch Update Service is included in WS_FTP Server. Ipswitch Update Service automatically detects and notifies you of the availability of any updates released for any Ipswitch software installed on the computer.
You can manually check for updates by selecting Start > Programs > WS_FTP Server > Check for Updates from the Windows desktop of the computer where WS_FTP Server is installed.
Note: WS_FTP Server no longer supports remote notification and logging servers. These servers must be installed on the same server as the core WS_FTP.
