Folder Action Rules applied to User
How to get here
- From the top menu, select . The Users page opens.
In the list of users, select a user by clicking on the linked . The Edit User page opens.
- At the bottom of the page, select the link.
This page shows all folder action rules associated with the current user.
To view or edit a rule, click its hyperlinked name.
- To create a new folder action rule to apply to this user:
- Click to return to the previous page.
- From the top menu, select . The Folder Action Rules page opens.
- Click . The Create Folder Action Rule page opens.
- Enter the information for the new rule and select to apply it to the user or a group to which the user belongs.
- Click . The Folder Action Rules page opens with the new limit listed.
