Enter a name and description for the Active Discovery task you are creating or editing. The name appears on the Active Discovery list.
If you want to scan for services on the devices in the scanned network or currently in your database, make sure you select the Scan for new services on existing devices option. Clear the option to keep your existing devices from being scanned.
