Domain User Changes
How to get here
- Click the link or the tab from the home page. The page appears.
- In the navigation pane, click. The page appears.
- On the page, click . The page appears.
You can use Domain User Changes to set or unset specific settings for all user accounts for the current domain.
- Shows the current selected domain. From the drop down you can pick any of the domains available to this administrative user account.
- Choose from the following three options:
- Select this option to indicate no change from the settings indicated on the page.
- Select this option to use the domain's default setting.
- If you select this option, enter the numerical amount in the text box and select either bytes, KB, MB, or GB from the list box.

- If you select this option, enter the numerical amount in the text box and select either bytes, KB, MB, or GB from the list box.
- . Default message encoding used for sending messages. Default setting is Unicode (UTF-8).
- Choose this character set for multi-language mail. In IMail, this includes English, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, French, German, Italian, Japanese, or Spanish.
- For composing email for English-speaking readers, based on the English alphabet.
- For composing e-mail in French, Italian, German, or Spanish.
- For composing e--mail in traditional Chinese.
- For composing email in simplified Chinese.
- For composing e-mail in Japanese.
- Options are , , and . Select if you want the settings to remain the same as noted in the option on the User Properties page. Select to allow users to change passwords remotely. Select to prevent all users from changing their passwords remotely.
- Options are , , and . indicates users keep the existing settings as noted in the option on the Standard User Settings page. Select to let users access their e-mail accounts remotely through POP3 or IMAP4 . Select to prohibit users from accessing their accounts remotely through POP3. This allows you disable accounts without changing users' passwords or removing them from the system
- Options are , , and . Select if you want the settings to remain the same as noted in the option on the Standard User Settings page. Select if you want to globally provide user information provided in LDAP settings. Select to prevent the distribution of any information about users through LDAP, if you have the LDAP server running.
- Options are , , and . Select if you want the settings to remain the same as those specified in the option on the Standard User Settings page. Select to let users access their IMail Web Messaging client and IMail Web Calendaring. Select to prevent users access to their accounts remotely via the Web.
