Modifying Collaboration Group Properties

You can only access this page via the Collaboration Groups page. Use this page to to create new groups, or add or delete members from existing groups.

• Name.
  • If you are Adding a New Collaboration Group, enter the name of the Collaboration group you want to create.
  • If you are Deleting a Collaboration Group, the name of the group you have selected appears in the text box.
• Users of this group.
  • Add. Click this button to add a new member to the User list.
  • Delete. Click this button to delete a member, after selecting the corresponding check box,  from the User list.
  • Add. Click to save your new group and return to the Collaboration Groups page.
  • Cancel. Click to cancel your new group and return to the Collaboration Groups page.
