Using Contacts and Public Contacts to Address a Message
To use email addresses in your Contacts and Public Contacts to address a message:
- In the New Message page, click , or . The Select Names page appears.
- In the list, select the contact list from which you want to select email addresses.
- Click a contact name in the list, then click , , or to add the message recipient. Select additional message recipients if desired. Use the slider to page through contacts if necessary.

Double-click a contact name in the list. The contact name is added in the text box.

Click to cancel this process.
- When you are finished selecting recipients, click .
To navigate the Contacts list using the navigation slider:

- Click | < to go to the first page of the contact list.
- Click to go to the previous page from the currently displayed page in the contact list.
- Click to go to the next page from the currently displayed page in the contact list.
- Clickto go to the last page of the contact list.
OR
- Use the slide mechanism to navigate to a specific page. Page and message numbers appear above the pointing hand icon as you use it to move the slide mechanism.
