Editing Drafts

When you click Save to Drafts, rather than Send while composing a message, the message draft is saved in the Drafts folder and can be re-opened for further composing, editing, and sending.

Caution: It is recommended to "Save to Drafts" often to prevent complete loss of data, should any system/software malfunction occur.

To edit a draft email:

  1. Navigate to the Drafts folder and open it. Select the message you wish to edit.
  2. Click Edit Draft. The message appears as a New Message.
  3. Make any changes as if it were a new message and click Send, Cancel, or Save to Drafts. You may continue to revise a message and Save to Drafts indefinitely until you are satisfied with your message.
