Replying to and Forwarding Email

To reply to a message:

  1. Click a message in the Message List or expand a folder and click a message in the folder, then click Reply or Reply All to start a reply message.
    • A Reply message is automatically addressed to reply to the message sender.
    • A Reply All message is automatically addressed to reply to the original message sender and message recipients.
    • Reply and Reply All will include the original message unless your Replying options in Preferences has been changed.
  2. Use the compose email options to complete the message.

To forward a message:

  1. Click a message in the Message List or expand a folder and click a message in the folder, then click Forward to start a forwarded message.
  2. Enter the email address for the recipient to whom you want to send the message. If attachments were included in the original message, they are included with the forwarded message unless you delete them before sending, or have changed your Forward options in Preferences.
  3. Use the compose email options to complete the message.
