Using Net Spell Check

Use the Net Spell Check feature to check your message's spelling before sending.

1. To access Spell Check, click Spell Check on the toolbar.
2. The Spell Check Web Page Dialog appears. The tool scans your message and displays in red, one word at a time, any word that does not appear in its dictionary.

You can choose to do any of the following:

• Change To. Enter a word in the text box to replace the word in red.
• Ignore. Click this button if you choose to ignore the possible spelling error.
• Ignore All. Click this button if you wish Spell Check to ignore all repeated misspellings of the word.
• Add. Click this button to add the word in red to the Dictionary.
• Replace. Click this button after you have selected a word from the Change To or Suggestions list to replace the word in red.
• Replace All. Click this button after you have selected a word from the Change To or Suggestions list to replace all instances of the word in red.
• Cancel. Click this button to cancel running Spell Check.
